TrendDorado operates on low manufacturing margins to provide the best wholesale pricing in Bangladesh. Returns are accepted under the following verified conditions within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel:

• Garments with visible fabric knitting defects, holes, or dye stains.
• Incorrect product, size, or color received compared to your invoice.
• Defective stitching, broken zippers, or missing buttons.

2. Return Process

3. Replacement & Refunds

Upon return parcel verification at our Uttara facility, we offer immediate replacement item dispatch or refund via bKash/Nagad/Bank within 2 business days.
